Family days, school camps, corporate team building or birthday celebrations by the beach - Pasakon Beach provides lots, chalets, water activities and catering in a single quotation.

Capacity for groups

The standard limit of each lot for overnight stays and day trips, per the Campsite Policy. Several lots and chalets can be booked together for larger groups.

What a package can include

Accommodation

Air-conditioned chalets, the Glamping Lot, Picnic Hut and Group Hut - overnight or day trip.

Water activities

Kayak (RM40 / person), ATV (RM60), Banana Boat (RM50 / person)

Rentals

Tents, tables, chairs and a BBQ pit, subject to availability.

Catering

Meal sessions by day and number of pax - breakfast through supper.

How to get a quotation

    Dates, number of participants (adults and children), overnight or day trip, and the activities and catering you want.

    Receive an official quotation

    We check availability and send an official Pasakon Beach quotation with its terms.

  3. 3

    Confirm & pay

    Accept the quotation, pay against the invoice and receive an official receipt. Your dates are locked in.

Group FAQ

How many participants can one group bring?
The Group Hut takes 10 people overnight (up to 15 with extra guests at RM15 each) or 20 for a day trip; the Picnic Hut 5 (up to 7) or 10 on a day trip; the Glamping Lot 4 (up to 5) or 8 on a day trip. Several lots and chalets can be booked together for larger groups.

Can a school or association hold a camping programme here?
Yes. Tell us the dates, the number of participants and chaperones, whether it is overnight or a day trip, and the activities you want; we will prepare an official quotation. The lead guest must be 18 or older and is responsible for all participants.

Is catering available?
Catering can be arranged for groups - breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and supper sessions as needed. State the number of pax and days when requesting a quotation.

How do I pay for a group booking?
For packages booked directly on the website, full payment is made online at the time of booking. For group quotations, we issue an official invoice and a receipt after payment.

Can we add water activities for the group?
Yes. Kayaking, banana boat rides and ATV can be included in the package subject to capacity and scheduling; life jackets are mandatory and activities depend on the weather.
